• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field • 3–5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS and/or healthcare technology. • Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance). • Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc). • Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy. • Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development. • Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). • Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare-related compliance frameworks. • Master’s degree or certifications in: • - Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly) • - Healthcare Administration or Public Health • - MBA with a focus on technology or healthcare • - Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
