• Lead, coach and develop a team of clinical professionals • Drive performance management, career development, engagement and succession planning • Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and regulatory oversight • Manage resource allocation, utilisation, workload forecasting and workforce planning • Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities • Partner with project teams, sponsors and operational leaders to ensure successful study delivery • Champion continuous improvement, standardisation and operational excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years' clinical research experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment • Experience supporting global or regional clinical trial delivery • Previous people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams would be advantageous • Ability to balance employee engagement with performance accountability • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP and quality requirements • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills
