• BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience. • 10+ years of industry-relevant experience in systems engineering in consumer products. • 15+ years of experience with integration systems and systems engineering in consumer towel and tissue products and/or paper converting/packaging systems (preferred). • Knowledge of Web Handling (unwind, rewind, cutting, printing). • Analyzing and designing utilities to support converting systems (preferred). • AutoCAD (preferred). • 3D design software (preferred). • Simulation software (preferred). • Understanding of balanced line flow for paper converting and packaging systems (preferred).
