📋 Description

• Build out the QA function, including strategy, process, tooling, and standards, alongside the US QA Lead • Design and own testing for AI-driven features, including agentic workflows, LLM outputs, and evaluation frameworks • Create automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript • Perform hands-on manual testing, regression testing, and UAT • Establish company-wide quality practices and a culture that prevents defects • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to embed quality throughout development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing a QA function from an early stage or strong motivation to build one • Day-to-day fluency with AI and understanding of AI-led product testing • Experience testing AI-led products or clear understanding of their distinct testing challenges • Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript • Comfortable with hands-on manual testing, regression testing, and UAT • Strong fundamentals in test strategy, defect management, and release processes • Willingness to remain hands-on while shaping and leading QA in the UK
