⢠Act as the face of the agency for our US-based clients ⢠Research client account and current status of various initiatives ⢠Analyze marketing data and prepare analysis for clients ⢠Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings ⢠Schedule and lead Zoom calls with clients ⢠Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients assigned to you ⢠Coordinate with other teams to resolve client issues quickly ⢠Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success ⢠Rely on analytics to determine clients and partners that you should reach out to in order to help them see the best success with their accounts. ⢠Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions
