• Be Part of a Mission-Driven Team • At Foundry for Good, we don’t just build businesses—we build businesses that do good. • Here’s why you’ll love working with us: Stability & Growth, People-First Culture, Global Collaboration, Mission-Focused Work. • Our growing Google Ad Grant service is trusted by dozens of organizations to effectively leverage Google Ads to help their organizations. • We’re a proudly global team, with a strong focus on providing the best Google Ad Grant experience for nonprofits by working with experienced Google Ads experts from around the world. • Our goal is to offer nonprofits the experience of working with former Google employees across the world that have significant Google Ads experience. • You would work during US EST Hours (approx 8am to 5pm EST) - This option comes with higher monthly pay. • You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working managing Google Search Ads • Expert in Google Ads (it would be preferable if you are a certified Google Ads Expert) • Experience in setting and executing Search Ads strategy • Experience working in a client-facing account management role • Experience with Google Ad Grant is a plus • Experience with landing page optimization is a plus

• Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided. • Wages: Hourly compensation is in $USD • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own • Target 42.5 billable hours per week • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings​ • Paid Vacation Leave: 20 days accrued annually • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time. • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period. • Paid Sick Time: 5 sick days off annually • Paid Life Leave: 15 days accrued annually. • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. • Paid Holidays: You have 7 paid US holidays. • Additional Benefits: Bereavement Policy, Employee Giving Programs (Matching Gift Program, Volunteer Grant Program, etc)
