📋 Description
• Develop and implement solutions primarily using Cognigy AI • Work on both frontend and backend aspects of the application, including connectivity and infrastructure tasks • Support and enhance existing Cognigy functionalities for the client • Collaborate within a project team of at least 6 people • Focus on delivering technical solutions mainly for external-facing applications
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with either Python or JavaScript • Solid understanding of programming concepts, version control (Git), and basic backend development • Interest or experience in Conversational AI , chatbots , or customer experience technologies • Experience with LLMs and implementing GenAI use cases • Good communication and analytical thinking skills • Fluent in English (written & spoken) • Bonus if you have: • Knowledge of Cognigy AI • Exposure to AWS (Lambda, S3, etc.) • Experience with REST APIs or Node.js • Knowledge of contact center processes or automation tools • University degree in Computer Science or a related field • EU passport
