📋 Description

• Define, document, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of standardized integration patterns, API governance frameworks, and data flow architectures across multiple delivery teams • Architect and manage robust integrations between core SaaS platforms and enterprise ecosystem layers, including identity management, data pipelines, and downstream business consumers • Partner with business divisions to understand commercial needs and translate business requirements into pragmatic technical integration designs and accelerated implementation paths • Interface across a matrixed organizational structure, aligning technical strategies with business priorities and serving as a liaison between business leads and engineering teams • Establish operational guidelines for API performance, error handling, retry mechanisms, and system resilience across platform data flows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT/Software Engineering experience • Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in integration architecture, API design, data flow modelling, and core integration patterns • Proven track record of integrating enterprise SaaS platforms with enterprise IT systems, including identity and access management (IAM) and central data layers • Exceptional capability to build relationships and influence outcomes in complex, fast-paced matrix environments • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable platform capabilities rather than point-to-point "one-off" solutions • Full fluency in written and spoken English • Clear capability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Growth mindset, high degree of ownership, execution focus, and comfort navigating ambiguous requirements
