📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions: from gathering requirements and shaping architecture, to development oversight, deployment, and long-term maintenance. • Collaborate directly with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable, real-world technology solutions. • Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team, fostering quality, accountability, and innovation. • Design and evolve a real-time, high-throughput data platform that integrates advanced analytics, automation, and cloud technologies. • Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership or team lead roles, ideally with exposure to solution architecture. • Solid understanding of Java, ideally with hands-on experience in development or architectural design. • Understanding of real-time data processing, big data, or streaming systems is a big plus. • Proven ability to manage the software development life cycle — from requirements through design, build, deployment, and maintenance. • Customer-centric mindset, comfortable working in client-facing or consulting roles. • Adaptability and drive to succeed in a startup-style environment where priorities evolve quickly and innovation happens fast.
