📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain core Veeva Vault building blocks, including Objects, Object Types, Lifecycles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security Profiles, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Document Types/Binders • Drive functional configuration for at least one major Vault application, such as Clinical, RIM, QualityDocs/QMS, Safety, or Medical • Use the Vault Admin Console, Vault Loader, and Configuration Migration Packages to manage release deployments, environment syncs, and configuration comparison reporting • Author and update technical configuration specification documents compliant with GxP regulations and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards • Partner with internal Leads, business analysts, and functional stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into scalable Vault configurations • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage story-level delivery and tasks via Jira-based backlogs

🎯 Requirements

• Total IT Experience: 6+ years of total IT experience • Veeva Vault Configuration: Minimum 4–5 years of direct, hands-on configuration experience across any Veeva Vault application(s) • Proven track record of configuring at least one Vault application end-to-end (Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, or Medical) • Practical experience working in a regulated GxP environment • Strong understanding of how configuration changes impact system validation • Demonstrable experience using Vault Admin Console, Vault Loader, Configuration Migration Packages, and audit/comparison tools • Veeva Vault Platform Administrator Certification is required • Hands-on experience delivering via Scrum/Agile methodology using Jira • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to interface directly with technical leads and business partners
