📋 Description

• Responsible for fostering relationships with franchise brands • Overseeing the Franbassador Studio app • Ensuring the success of our brands in our network • Recruiting new Franchise brands • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise brands • Oversee the Franbassador app • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Track and analyze key performance metrics • Lead the onboarding process for new franchise brands

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Franchise Development Experience • Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or franchise development • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
