📋 Description

• From traditional marketing communications to industry trade shows to social media posts, the Marketing Strategist plays a vital role in helping Franklin Electric and our family of brands develop and deliver a cohesive and meaningful message to all of our customers and stakeholders wherever they may be. • In this mid-level marketing role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Solutions and Digital Marketing teams to analyze our unique market segments and customers and translate this knowledge into actionable communications across a variety of media and social channels. • Under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll ensure our marketing strategy translates seamlessly across mediums. • You’ll also provide the essential link to gather input from experts across our company – collaborating frequently with our product development, customer support and sales teams to further develop, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of our strategy and our overall communication efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as marketing strategist or related roles. • Skills: • Ability to formulate creative strategy and set direction for all marketing channels. • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates experience and knowledge in best practices in product marketing as related to each specific marketing channel. • Demonstrates strong project management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines; strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Works independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and computer-based productivity tools required.
