📋 Description

• Prepare for floor walks with major UK luxury brands • Work with head office teams to manage the store's stock package • Run training sessions to increase team product knowledge • Oversee a team of Sales Advisors and drive commercial success • Support store performance and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals • Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs • Lead and inspire the store team through guidance, coaching, and support • Work with Store Management, acting on feedback and working towards targets and deadlines • Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Support team personal development and progression • Train, coach, and upskill the sales team • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures • Use business communication tools to drive task completion and ensure understanding of key functions • Support the Store Manager in meeting retail priorities and business objectives • Monitor and achieve store-level KPIs, including sales targets, company incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency • Ensure weekly wage controls are met and resolve issues quickly and effectively • Address operational challenges and make effective decisions to drive solutions • Control stock movement, run accurate store audits, and implement visual standards according to company guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role • Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results • Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials • Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships • Calm and composed approach under pressure, with the ability to handle challenges and resolve issues effectively • Proactive problem-solving ability • Professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance • Confident communication with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
