• Supporting a young adult with ADHD, epilepsy and suspected Autism • Supporting a young person with Autism, cerebral palsy and learning difficulties • Focus on routines, emotional regulation, budgeting, meal preparation, and developing independence skills
🎯 Requirements
• Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, PDA or additional needs • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one • Driver preferred • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable • Calm, patient and emotionally aware • Reliable and flexible
