📋 Description

• design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models that power real business outcomes • work cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Product Owners, and AI Specialists to turn data into insight and insight into action • solve real-world problems using large and complex datasets — identify business opportunities, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights • write clean, efficient code (Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.) to acquire, manipulate, and analyze structured and unstructured data • develop, test, and deploy machine learning and statistical models tailored to specific business challenges • apply generative AI techniques to extract value from unstructured data and optimize analytical workflows • implement models in production by collaborating with Software Developers, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers • communicate complex technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • contribute to our AI roadmap and help evolve our model deployment and MLOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field • 6+ years of professional experience developing and deploying Data Science solutions. • Proven experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems. • Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent) for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization. • Experience with MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, or Databricks. • Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems (Azure preferred).
