📋 Description

• Understand the product or business problem before touching design. • Investigate and diagnose root causes, current behavior, edge cases, and technical limits. • Propose clear, logical solutions and get buy-in from PMs, Engineers, and leadership. • Design and build working prototypes using Cursor or other AI agents. • Write clean, structured product requirements for engineering. • Collaborate closely with PMs and Engineers in real-time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Design experience • Strong design principles including Interaction patterns, Systems thinking, Information architecture, Product logic, Usability fundamentals • Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback • Open to learning as design evolves with AI • Resilient when ideas get rejected • Ability to think in logic and flows, not just screens • Systematic and clear communication style.
