âą Manage day-to-day HubSpot activity - reporting, lists, imports / exports, property updates, and CRM hygiene. âą Implement and optimise lifecycle, lead-scoring, nurture, and handover workflows. âą Build and maintain operational dashboards that surface key metrics for marketing and sales. âą Create simple, well-structured internal documentation, playbooks, and Loom walkthroughs. âą Identify inefficiencies or data-flow gaps, propose practical fixes, and implement with minimal supervision.
âą 2â4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience: Marketing and Sales Hubs preferred. âą Proven analytical and reporting skills: you can build and troubleshoot workflows, reports, and sophisticated dashboards that tell a story. âą Strong understanding of CRM structure: especially lifecycle stages, and attribution logic. âą A process and systems mindset: you see inefficiency as a challenge to be solved, not a frustration. âą Excellent communication skills: Collaborative and proactive approach to supporting cross-functional teams. âą Explicit attention to detail and process driven: confidence to operate autonomously and suggest improvements. âą Bonus: Experience with data connectors, conversion tracking and automation tools such as Google Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Meta Pixel Conversions API, and Zapier.
