📋 Description
• Own end-to-end delivery across internal tech teams and external development vendors • Lead the evolution of platform architecture to support scale • Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization • Oversee integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure • Ensure systems meet healthcare, financial, and enterprise security standards • Define and lead the AI roadmap
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years leading technology teams • Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams • Experience leading technology in healthtech, fintech with a focus on payments • Familiarity with payment orchestration, ledgering systems, and money movement infrastructure
