📋 Description

• Working on a global team which is shaping the digitalization of our worldwide plants • Responsible for defining best practices regarding machine connectivity • The single point of contact between the IT department and production plants, maintaining close collaboration with the plant managers • Ensuring robust, cost-efficient, and secure machine connectivity solutions for the plants. • Managing machine and (connectivity) hardware suppliers • Providing input on IT architecture and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field with practical experience • Initial experience in Industry IoT • Strong experience in machine connectivity (OPC-UA, Modbus, ...) and experience in communicating with machine suppliers • Basic knowledge of PLC control and experience in supplier management • Understanding of cloud concepts IT architectures, infrastructure, and networks • Project management experience • Proficiency in English
