📋 Description

• Develop and execute Product Growth strategies improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value • Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments • Lead experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and client stakeholders • Present strategic recommendations to clients and translate complex data into actionable insights • Learn and implement Fueled's product growth methodology • Independently own product growth engagements and deliver measurable business impact • Help clients improve product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall product performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing Product Growth strategies for digital products • Experience using behavioral analytics to drive product decisions • Proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar behavioral analytics platforms • Experience designing or evaluating experiments • Understanding of customer journeys, product metrics, and experimentation across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate recommendations to clients • Ability to manage multiple client engagements, take ownership, and adapt quickly in a remote consulting environment
