📋 Description
• Design, develop and deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions to deliver value to customers. • Successfully designing and implementing solutions that enable business objectives and outcomes. • Engage with Solution Architects in designing capabilities by leveraging the Salesforce Cloud platforms to address business needs. • Work closely with Technical Leaders, Business Partners, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, Developers to design solutions to meet business needs. • Play the role of a technical SME in internal strategic initiatives to grow the platform. • Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the Salesforce’s cloud platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or related field • Minimum 3 yrs. of experience as a salesforce developer • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platforms and the various components. • Proficiency in Apex programming language for custom development. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components. • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. • Experience in CTI integration, email automation, self-service, knowledge management • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high quality and reliability of developed solutions. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously enhance expertise in implementation strategies. • In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model. • Earn and maintain Salesforce certifications
