⢠Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and workshops in person and virtually ⢠Empower customers and increase retention rates through training ⢠Work with Customer Experience and Sales teams to identify opportunities for deeper customer engagement and increased product adoption ⢠Liaise between the product team and customers, translating product innovations into client value ⢠Collaborate with L&D, operations, product, and marketing departments to create training materials ⢠Work with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and prepare for training ⢠Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer reactions and questions ⢠Refine product messaging and optimize customer experience touchpoints ⢠Travel to dealership locations for customer training, including multi-day and extended trips ⢠Maintain a deep understanding of all products in the Fullpath suite ⢠Build and adapt consultative training strategies for each customer ⢠Develop and maintain a resource library including presentations, user guides, e-learnings, video guides, FAQs, and best practices ⢠Engage dealership owners, managers, and staff with confidence, resilience, and professionalism
⢠4+ years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Customer Success ⢠2+ years in the automotive technology industry ⢠2+ years creating and delivering professional training content (strongly preferred) ⢠Proficiency with Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, Jira, G Suite, Slack, and ZenDesk ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities ⢠Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset ⢠Self-directed problem solver who independently identifies solutions and takes initiative ⢠Comfort with ambiguity and change ⢠Resilience and composure when engaging with difficult personalities and skeptical dealership stakeholders ⢠Ability to own individual projects independently while sharing findings and learnings with the team ⢠Prior experience with lead handling, CRM-type products, or similar customer-facing platforms is highly valued but not required ⢠Extensive travel capability: 2-4+ times per month, including 2-3 day trips to week-long stints ⢠Flexibility to adjust travel logistics on short notice ⢠Preference for candidates near major airports in PST, MST, or CST ⢠Valid driver's license ⢠Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship ⢠Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work ⢠Ability to work from a home office with reliable attendance and punctuality
