📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of features on the Journeys platform. • Build and maintain frontend and backend applications that support patient-care experiences. • Work directly with teammates across engineering, product, and design to deliver value quickly. • Participate in code reviews and share feedback to help raise the quality bar. • Take ownership of your work end-to-end, while learning continuously from peers and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a passionate software engineer that cares about your craft. You are excited to learn, lead projects and want to produce the best work possible. • Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and React • You write tests and understand their value • A desire to learn and being open to feedback • Understanding of design patterns and clean code • Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers • Bonus if you have: Experience scaling or working on high-scale web applications, Past experience working in e-commerce or health-tech sector, Experience with React native, or similar technology, You’ve led a group of engineers on projects in the past.
