📋 Description

• Analytical development: Build statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Innovation and continuous improvement: Research and apply new methodologies, frameworks, and technologies in data science. • Communication and collaboration: Translate complex analyses into clear, accessible insights, ensuring that different teams use the insights to generate value. • Management of analytical projects: Plan, execute, and document technical activities for data science projects, ensuring quality and adherence to scope. • Compliance and ethics: Ensure that models and analyses comply with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and follow ethical data usage principles. • Data quality: Ensure the consistency, integrity, and reliability of the data used in analyses and models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or master's in AI or Data Science is a plus. • Strong knowledge of applied data science, with mastery of statistics, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis. • Practical experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning, predictive modeling, classifiers, regression, clustering, decision trees, etc. • Familiarity with deep learning, especially frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformer models, if applicable. • Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and applying language models in real-world contexts is a plus. • Ability to develop data pipelines and models in Python, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, among others. • Experience with versioning and collaboration tools like Git, and familiarity with MLOps practices (monitoring, retraining, model automation). • Solid knowledge of SQL and handling large relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools like Docker, Airflow, or similar is desirable.
