📋 Description

• Manage the full employee journey, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, benefits, people development, and day-to-day people operations • Guide new team members from contract signing through their first months • Support promotions, parental leave, relocations, and transitions with local partners • Maintain the People Operations technology stack, data, reporting, and integrations • Enhance and communicate benefits offerings across regions • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and improve documentation and processes • Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and other approaches • Foster an inclusive asynchronous workplace through self-service guides and clear written communication • Use employee feedback to refine the team experience • Collaborate with Talent on the transition from candidate experience to onboarding • Support performance development, engagement initiatives, and distributed culture • Ensure a safe, fair, and compliant environment across regions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment • Hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting • Experience supporting international team members or candidates • Track record of simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes • Comfortable pulling and analysing team data • Strong written communication skills across docs, Slack, and written guides • High discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information • Ability to work independently and thrive in a distributed team environment • Comfortable with People technology, tools, data, and AI tools • Experience with automation, AI, no-code, or scripting tools is advantageous • Experience with benefits design or renewals across more than one region is advantageous • Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby is advantageous
