• Organizing the work of the design team, planning tasks for sprints and setting project timelines. • Mentoring, working with a competency matrix, and planning professional development. • Motivating designers and fostering a strong design culture. • Presenting and defending design decisions. • Organizing processes and day-to-day routines in collaboration with stakeholders and other departments. • Managing work with outstaffed resources. • Developing user scenarios, designing interfaces, and creating layouts and prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• Attention to detail and punctuality. • At least 1 year of experience as a design lead in a product team. • 6+ years of experience as a designer. • A strong portfolio. • English level B2.
