📋 Description

• - Own and execute Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives • - Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships • - Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics • - Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth • - Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders • - Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI

🎯 Requirements

• - 6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles • - Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments • - Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals • - Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on • - Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • - Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company • - Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
