• BS/MS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies including paid ads, email marketing, partnerships, and content distribution. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools. • Proven success in lead generation for B2B and B2C environments. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, including experience handling inbound phone leads. • Experience running growth experiments across multiple channels. • Ability to work independently, own initiatives, and deliver results. • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered). • Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America. • Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
