📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via email: friendly, clear and error‑free. • Review and process complaints and develop appropriate solutions. • Manage reviews, feedback and general service requests. • Clarify order, shipping and payment questions in collaboration with internal teams. • Document cases and maintain our service tools accurately. • Identify recurring issues and pass on suggestions for improvement. • Contribute to structured service processes and smaller team projects.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., office administration, administration, e‑commerce) or a comparable background. • You work precisely and carefully, with error‑free written communication. • You have experience in customer service, ideally in e‑commerce, or are willing to be trained into this area in a structured way. • You can communicate information clearly, courteously and understandably. • You keep track of multiple inquiries at once and work in an organized, structured manner. • You make decisions based on clear guidelines and take a solution‑oriented approach. • You work independently, reliably and take ownership of your responsibilities. • You are looking for a long‑term professional environment with clear processes and efficient collaboration.
