📋 Description

• Design the agent orchestration model, tool-use architecture, and human-in-the-loop protocol • Stand up the secure sandbox environment • Own the orchestrator agent, deal state machine, specialist-agent routing, stage handoff protocols, and cross-stage integration • Design the typed tool layer for template population, market-data queries, financial analytics, clause extraction, and document assembly • Define mandatory approval gates and review checkpoints • Ensure agents do not execute binding legal or financial actions without broker confirmation • Own the sandbox data model and test scenarios • Define security, compliance, and data-governance approaches covering data residency, PII handling, audit logging, and zero retention • Validate technical feasibility of automation hypotheses stage by stage • Translate automation-boundary findings into architecture • Architect extensibility to Agency/Landlord Rep workflow and other brokerage lines • Lead and direct AI/ML Engineers through build phases • Manage orchestration and cross-stage integration while engineers build per-stage capabilities • Deliver an auditable, extensible agent system that processes a live transaction end to end with human intervention only at documented gates

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture • Strong track record of designing and shipping production-grade systems • Recent hands-on experience architecting LLM or multi-agent systems • Deep, hands-on experience with agent orchestration, tool and function calling, state management, and retrieval • Expert Python (or equivalent) • Experience with API and connector design • Experience with typed tool and interface design • Experience with modern data stores such as PostgreSQL • Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions connecting data pipelines, model services, business logic, and user-facing applications under real operational constraints • Experience designing guardrails, approval gates, auditability, and traceability for high-stakes, document-heavy domains • Previous experience in commercial real estate, legal, financial services, or another structured, document-driven transaction domain is highly preferred • Practical experience taking a sandbox or prototype system to production through connector and tool abstraction, including performance, monitoring, deployment, and rollback • Comfort utilizing LLM code assistants and agentic engineering • Ability to work effectively in fast, hypothesis-driven delivery cycles • Ability to work from anywhere
