📋 Description

• Lead Full-Stack Development: Architect and implement core platform features across Rails, React, and PostgreSQL. • Integrate Microsoft Ecosystems: Design and manage secure, performant integrations with Microsoft Graph APIs for automated data acquisition. • Capture and Manage Evidence: Build data flows and UI workflows that ingest and validate compliance artifacts. • Mentor and Collaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to translate complex requirements into simple, maintainable solutions. • Scale and Secure: Apply best practices in performance tuning, security, and maintainability for SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack development • 4+ years in Ruby on Rails and React • Ability to design scalable, secure systems and data models for multi-tenant SaaS • Proven track record integrating Microsoft Graph APIs and services (Intune, Defender, etc.) • Strong understanding of OAuth, scopes, and permissions across Microsoft identity and data APIs • Proficiency in React, MUI, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling • U.S. citizen or green card holder residing in the United States
