• Own the Customer Workflows domain and lead initiatives • Manage fleets of agents and ship working prototypes with AI tooling • Conduct research and product-centered discovery sessions • Author and maintain quarterly roadmaps for the Customer Workflows domain • Own trade-offs across performance, scalability, cost, and speed • Be the go-to product partner across cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated ownership of a product area at a platform level • A track record leading multi-quarter, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end • AI-native, with experience using LLMs and AI-assisted tools • Strong technical depth • Data fluency to define OKRs and success metrics • Proven cross-functional credibility with Sales, CS, and Engineering
