• Collaborating with the marketing team to write in Italian to a high standard. • Assisting with the launch of a new brand/programmes, rebranding existing content, planning new content. • Defining and creating content for new best-in-class OPM journeys. • Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice for our Italian university partner. • Using your problem-solving skills to work across multiple priorities and meet the required deadlines, thinking about optimising processes to ensure work is delivered on time, to the highest possible standard. • Acting as a brand guardian for both FutureLearn and our partner, ensuring all writing has top-notch spelling and grammar, and aligns with tone of voice guidelines. • Contributing your ideas and working with the creative team to conceptualise and execute a project. • Being responsible for the writing of marketing collateral in Italian: microsites, landing pages, emails, webinars, paid social ads, video content, newsletters, blogs, and more. • Leading and collaborating with the partnerships/content team to make sure writing course description pages (CDPs) follow the correct process, and are planned accordingly based on time and resource. • Collaborating with our other copywriters to make sure deadlines are met and courses are launched on time. • Writing CDPs for relevant degrees and courses for the partner microsite. • Working on projects outside of traditional copywriting, such as WordPress content entry, content and campaign planning and more.
• You’ve got several years of industry experience working as a copywriter in Italian across a variety of projects. • You have excellent writing and editing skills in both Italian and English, with an eye for detail. • You have previous experience writing for brands with a strong online presence. • You can adapt to a variety of messaging styles as you work across different partners with different TOV. • You’re able to accept constructive feedback and perform re-writes as required. • You know how to support online lead generation campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and email communication strategies from a copywriting perspective. • You’re familiar with writing both long-form and short-form copy. You can write a detailed SEO blog post one day, and come up with a snappy campaign headline the next. • You flourish while working remotely and are able to motivate yourself to stay on task. Even though you’re great at working independently, you enjoy being part of a small team and bringing positive energy. • You’ve got lots of ideas, and you’re excited to share them with the team while prioritising your own workload. • You’re able to work in fast-paced environments with a customer focus.
