• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Marketing • Direct, hands-on experience leading post-merger & acquisition (M&A) brand strategy and development • Proven, demonstrable track record of building and launching a category-defining brand • Demonstrated expertise across the full marketing mix • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate marketing activities into clear business outcomes • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
