📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic • Conduct deep technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance and health • Monitor competitors, market trends, and algorithm updates to pivot strategy quickly • Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the business • Create and optimize SEO content at scale, including clear guidelines for copywriters • Lead, manage, and empower the SEO team to hit commercial targets

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and modern indexing principles • Expert-level knowledge of technical and on-page SEO • Confident daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools for data analysis • Good understanding of website architecture, HTML, and basic JavaScript • Hands-on experience with structured data, meta tags, and schema markup • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation pipelines to scale SEO operations • Proactive, analytical, and strictly data-driven mindset • Strong problem-solving skills with the agility to navigate major algorithm shifts • Proven leadership - able to manage a team and guide cross-functional projects • High autonomy with the ability to run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously • Continuous learning mentality to stay ahead of a fast-moving industry
