📋 Description

• Develop engaging learning, enablement, and communication content for enterprise audiences. • Transform complex information into clear, practical, and engaging content. • Create a variety of content types including training presentations, job aids, and e-learning scripts. • Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is relevant and practical. • Collaborate with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and SMEs. • Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables and conduct final reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating learning, training, enablement, or educational content for enterprise or B2B audiences. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Experience translating complex information into accessible and engaging content. • Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Google Slides. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows. • Sales enablement or customer enablement content development (Desirable). • Learning & Development (L&D) experience (Desirable). • E-learning script writing and LMS content development (Desirable). • Experience working with technical products, software, AI, or digital transformation initiatives (Desirable).
