📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment workflows for mobile and web applications • Build and improve GitHub Actions workflows, including automated testing and release checks • Manage iOS and Android builds and releases using Expo/EAS, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console • Configure and manage over-the-air updates, versioning strategies, and release environments • Support A/B testing frameworks and automated testing integrations • Improve developer tooling, Supabase services, and infrastructure supporting Next.js and React applications • Troubleshoot build and deployment failures and resolve React Native bugs and UI issues • Take ownership of practical engineering tasks as priorities evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering focused on mobile and web platforms • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Expo, EAS, and React Native • Proven experience managing production releases through both App Store Connect and Google Play Console • Experience configuring versioning strategies, OTA updates, and A/B testing environments • Proficiency with Supabase and the Next.js and React ecosystems • Ability to make React Native code changes, including bug fixes and UI updates • Strong troubleshooting skills, ownership, and ability to manage changing priorities in a small startup team • Experience supporting automated end-to-end and integration tests in CI/CD • Experience implementing 3D graphics in mobile applications outside gaming • Experience developing for hardware sensors or integrating sensor data • Meaningful engineering ownership of shipped cross-platform products • Interest in product design, user experience, and software quality • Love of baseball or other sports, particularly skills training
