📋 Description
• Monitor and review the entry of data into legal systems, ensuring data integrity and standardization of information • Track procedural deadlines and advise teams on discrepancies or inconsistencies in records • Monitor the execution of the Legal Controllership’s internal workflows, suggesting improvements to management and standardizations when necessary • Provide technical support to other legal teams for questions related to structure, deadlines, or procedural controls • Support department management in drafting and reviewing the firm’s legal manuals and protocols • Assist management with periodic internal audits to verify the quality of information entered into the systems
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience or basic knowledge in legal controllership, process management, and data governance is desirable • Familiarity with performance indicators and legal reporting • Knowledge of legal standards and operational workflows • Basic Excel skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Analytical mindset and critical thinking focused on continuous improvement • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team • Commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables
