📋 Description

• Manage group dynamics • Coordinate transport and suppliers • Share the culture, history, and nuance of destinations • Support community partners • Help travellers feel a sense of belonging • Represent G Adventures as the face of the company in the field • Manage day-to-day logistics and reservations • Promote Planeterra and G for Good initiatives • Support optional activities, meals, and traveller needs • Handle incidents calmly and professionally • Maintain budgets, receipts, and daily accounts • Provide post-trip reports and updates • Occasionally support training of new Chief Experience Officers

🎯 Requirements

• Legally able to lead tours through the United Kingdom • Valid First Aid/CPR • Basic budgeting and accounting comfort • Valid passport/visa and required vaccinations • Comfort using Google Suite and mobile apps • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or extensive travel • Strong English language skills • Willingness to undergo a background check if required • Valid UK or Irish passport • Legal right to live and work in both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland without requiring visa sponsorship
