📋 Description

• Design, develop, install, test, and document applications software, including server, client, and web components • Design, document, and deliver technical architecture solution elements • Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver desired client ROI • Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed application solution designs for clients • Develop technical documentation and test plans supporting integration and deployment • Work closely with software developers to advance goals and objectives for Gainwell and its clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Design, Development, and Application Support experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with C Batch, Unix/Linux, and SQL • On-call support experience preferred • Python experience is a plus • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Design Principles, Operating Systems, and Application Development Policies and Procedures • Web Services Development experience preferred • Proven programming and technical problem-solving skills • Ability to design, develop, and support solutions across multiple programming languages and environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
