📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting clients’ technological aspirations • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried through every project phase • Support new client business for the Wisconsin account using Medicaid Third Party Liability experience • Participate actively in virtual collaboration and attend internal and client meetings on camera

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience • Medicaid Third Party Liability (TPL) experience is a plus • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to deliver messages to business leaders, clients, and technical personnel • Ability to influence, motivate others to action, and communicate technical ideas in a digestible way • Ability to work Wisconsin Account core business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (CST) • Must use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Expected to be on camera for all internal and client meetings
