📋 Description

• Lead new development and modernization of products, technology, and culture • Champion continuous improvement and technology automation adoption • Partner with Product Management to shape the product roadmap • Collaborate with engineering leaders to drive cohesion, standards, and best practices • Partner with vendors to obtain favorable prices, products, upgrades, and enhancements • Manage delivery expectations and balance priorities across multiple clients • Support client product implementations and production • Maintain financial forecasts, optimize costs, and meet financial commitments • Ensure overall solution delivery on time and within budget • Coach, develop, and lead diverse teams • Use Agile methodology to plan client commitments and drive solution development and support • Manage development of best practices and metrics • Participate in executive-level project and product decision discussions • Select, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues and recommend personnel actions • Oversee technical direction and architecture, increasing reuse and configurability • Monitor and prevent technical debt and defects and review root causes • Set clear goals for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional development and engineering experience • Strong product mindset • Ability to scale across multiple modules and clients • Core software engineering background with up-to-date technological expertise • Knowledge and experience in Agile development • Effective communication at all organizational levels • Direct line management experience for global teams, including coaching, hiring, and performance management • Financial accountability for managing budget forecasts and actuals • Ability to travel 10–25% annually
