📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, including Data Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and other professionals • Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions across public sector clients • Collaborate with peers, senior managers, and deputies to drive integrated reporting and data initiatives • Guide analysts and developers to deliver client-desired outcomes by understanding the business and technical landscape • Partner with technical leads and business analysts to define requirements, prioritize projects, and resolve issues • Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards • Represent the MMIS Reporting function in leadership meetings and cross-departmental initiatives • Manage scope, change requests, pricing, and estimation activities for reporting engagements • Support Medicaid business objectives and compliance requirements • Travel through work as needed (0–10%)

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role • 8+ years of Management Consulting experience in Medicaid State & Local Government OR Commercial Payer Experience • Proven experience managing teams in a complex, matrixed organization • Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting tools, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications • 3+ years of experience working with core MMIS/health plan transaction processing platforms such as QNXT or FACETS • Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation • Broad Medicaid domain knowledge, including MITA areas and MMIS reporting for Claims, Encounters, Payer, and Financial Reports • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
