📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, marketing, service and partnership agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, intra-group agreements, and B2B/B2C gaming terms and conditions • Support regulatory and licensing obligations across relevant jurisdictions with the Compliance team • Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments concerning online gaming, digital services, crypto, consumer protection, responsible gaming, and data protection • Maintain internal policies, procedures, and controls for legal and licensing compliance • Advise business teams on legal risks and propose practical solutions • Support corporate governance activities, filings, group structure matters, and internal records • Assist with intellectual property management and coordinate with external advisors • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external counsel, auditors, and internal stakeholders • Provide guidance on customer-facing disputes, terms and conditions, and responsible gambling issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel within the iGaming industry • Hands-on experience in the gambling and crypto industries is a must • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property matters • Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills • Ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
