• Deliver strong sales results for fully and self-insured products in the 200-5,000 life segment • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment • Relationship management within Garner’s partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers • Continue and expand Garner’s existing fully and self insured broker partnerships • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred • Experience in relationship management with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders • Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment • Desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
