•计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上数据开发经验，3年以上架构设计及技术管理经验。 •精通Golang/Python/Java等至少一种开发语言，具备扎实的系统设计与开发能力。 •深入理解数据仓库建模（如Kimball、Data Vault等）方法论，具备大型数据仓库建设经验。 •熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、ClickHouse、Doris等大数据计算和存储技术，并有生产环境优化经验。 •精通SQL优化、索引优化，具备海量数据查询与分析的优化能力。 •具备流批一体数据架构的实践经验，熟悉实时计算、数据湖等前沿技术。 •熟悉数据治理、数据安全、数据生命周期管理，具备企业级数据管理经验。 •具备良好的团队管理能力，能够推动数据团队成长，提高整体数据开发效能。 •优秀的沟通能力，能推动跨部门协作，提升数据在业务中的应用价值。
