🎯 Requirements
•本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上前端开发经验，其中至少3年金融/交易系统开发经验 •有大型金融交易系统架构设计和团队管理经验优先 •精通 JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉现代前端框架（React，Nextjs） •深入理解前端性能优化原理和技术，具备复杂系统性能调优经验熟悉微前端架构，具备大型前端应用架构设计能力 •熟悉 WebSocket、WebWorker 等实时通讯和并发处理技术掌握前端状态管理方案（Redux/MobX等）及其最佳实践 •熟悉前端测试框架和自动化测试方案深入理解交易业务 •熟悉现货/衍生品交易系统的业务特点具备交易系统的性能优化经验，了解高频交易场景的技术挑战熟悉前端监控、日志系统
