🎯 Requirements
•本科及以上学历，5年以上相关行业研发类项目管理经验，能够独立应对项目的管理工作； •具备一定的项目管理技能：调研分析，复杂项目分解规划，风险识别及应对，协调资源推进，组织虚拟团队等； •有较强的快速学习能力和自我驱动能力，熟悉常见软件开发流程、IT等相关知识； •具有较强的团队合作意识和管理能力，工作主动、有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，有较强的抗压能力和良好的职业道德； •通过PMP、CSM认证者优先。
