🎯 Requirements
• 计算机相关本科及以上学历，5年以上软件测试或基建经验，至少2年团队管理经验 • 熟悉测试工具与框架(如Dify智能体、JMeter、 TestNG、Pytest等)，具备自动化设计与实施能力 • 良好的代码基础，至少熟练掌握java、python、shell等编程语言或脚本其中一种； • 优秀的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与跨部门团队紧密合作 • 有金融相关测试经验优先。
