🎯 Requirements
•3年以上Web3钱包或交易产品的前端或者移动端开发相关经验，有flutter3年以上工作经验优先。 •有多链钱包开发经验 或者链上交易（swap 跨链）等 app应用开发经验 •交易所背景，知名钱包背景或大厂背景，需知晓的全部或者部分的web3业务能力,熟悉多链钱包的私钥/助记词的生成、存储、加密及恢复，有隐私安全经验。 •了解多个主流区块链（如 Bitcoin、Ethereum、Solana、Cosmos 等网络）的共识，网络Gas 计算和优化，交易广播机制。 •熟悉主流区块链的密码学相关算法，能设计交易签名流程。链上开发经验， 熟悉链上各种交易方式，兑换，跨链等等。 了解Dapp浏览器或walletConnect的工作原理和实现优化方案。 •Web3整体架构设计能力、开发能力：多年 flutter或者app原生端经验，优先flutter。
